Brunskill Beef

We have a breeding herd of Traditional Hereford Cattle, 100% grass fed grazing on the Lambourn Downs. Our meat is hung for 28 days and we sell direct from the farm and is fully traceable using a QR code. All our animals are treated with Homeopathy products, we have worked with Bristol University on a study looking into how chemical cattle wormers can destroy the wild flowers.

We have a small herd of organic cows who are milked once a day and are 100% grass fed. We are an antibiotic free farm and work with nature to ensure we have a happy healthy herd. We use homeopathy when needed. The calves stay with the cows and we allow them to grow their horns. Their relaxed lifestyle means that their milk is delicious and creamy. Our raw milk is a completely natural product - unpasteurised and untreated - just as nature intended.
